In this time of COVID-19, I’ve heard so many people express fear surrounding food, weight gain, movement, and navigating the kitchen and supermarket. 

To address these topics and more, I started a group… Eating and Quarantining: Everything you need to know. In this group, I provide education and pose open ended questions to spark discussion. Each participant will have the chance to share how their relationship to food has been affected by the stress of the coronavirus. I will weave nutrition information into the conversation and provide lists of healthy meals/snacks, recipe/work out ideas and supermarket staples to have in your home. 

Groups are held Thursdays at 2:00 pm PST. Each session is 1 hour long and limited to 6 participants maximum. It’s $50/group and I accept payment via Venmo @brookeglazer. 

I’m so excited to meet you in group and create a safe and fun place for us learn, share experiences, connect with new people and offer support during this unique time.


one-on-one counseling

We meet at my office, meet at your house, chat on the phone, or FaceTime to talk about how you are feeling, what you’re eating, and set goals for what you’d like to work on next. Sessions are 45 minutes.

Support people are welcome to join us to learn how they can be there for you.


meal outing

We meet at a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to eat together. We apply the techniques we discussed in sessions in a real-life setting. Meals range from 45 to 75 minutes.


supermarket outing

We walk through the store together to pick out foods to eat at your house. We create shopping lists and figure out how to navigate the supermarket in a way that feels stress-free. Outings last 45 to 75 minutes.
